Coffee And Chicory Porter
Here's a tasty historical titbit: in East Germany during the late 70's there was a terrible crisis - they didn't have enough coffee. During this time we would hazard a guess that mornings weren't great. So they introduced the concept of mischkaffee, or "mixed coffee", which blended chicory and rye with a bit of coffee.
Hops: Warrior. Malt: Bohemian Pilsner, Rye Malt, Carafa III, Rolled Barley, Roasted Barley. Yeast: American Ale. Other: Bit Of Chicory Into The Boil, And Some Delicious Supreme Coffee Added During Conditioning.
