Full of very fancy black truffles and aged in cognac barrels, Jumping The Shark 2013 Cognac Barrel-Aged Truffled Imperial Stout is back and better than ever for our birthday! With a big body full of rich truffles, raisins, liquorice, chocolate and boozy cognac, this re-brew lives up to its predecessor and then some.
Malt: Maris Otter, Roast Barley, Rolled Oats, Chocolate Malt, Medium Crystal, Carafa, Ale. Hops: Magnum. Yeast: Belgian & English. Other: Truffles, honey, candi sugar, malt extract.
