In west Philadelphia born and raised, A new yeast strain they found, and plucked right from a grave, Sourin', quincin', in the tank all cool, Fresh Quince of Bel-Air, it'll make ya all drool! This one’s born and raised in West Philadelphia...seriously! This Philly Sour was made with a yeast strain found growing on a tree in a graveyard in Philadelphia and then we added in 500kg of quince paste for seriously fresh drinking!

Malt: Pale. Hops: Spalt. Yeast: Philly Sour, US-05. Other: Quince paste.
