Truffleupagus
Truffled Cream Ale
What is a truffle? It is the fruiting body of a particular fungus of the genus Tuber. As distinct from a tuba - the lowest-pitched brass instrument. 'Tis no trifling matter. But most certainly is a truffling matter. So, what is a "truffled cream ale"? A light coloured beer with a delicate earthy and slightly spicy hop character, upon which the wonders of the wondrous truffle sing and dance with delight!
