Outrageously delicious beers is where it all began! Since 2011 we’ve been brewing beers that surprise and delight, blowing minds is what it’s all about! We are super stoked to have won Champion Victorian AND Champion Australian Large brewery at the 2022 Indies.

  • Jam packed with Centennial and Azacca hops, Old Mate Pale Ale is big on flavour and easy drinking.

  • Moon Dog Lager is a super crisp and refreshing German style pilsner. It's got a light malt body with a soft aroma of German noble hops and a clean finish!

  • Our Hazy IPA is super juicy, low in bitterness and bursting with tropical flavours. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops, this one is fruity drinking from start to finish and is an approachable, entry-level hazy beer.

  • An extremely drinkable tinny that's chock-full of tropical fruit character. Light and refreshing, it's perfect for Summer merriment and outdoor drinking with mates.

  • Dark Ale is a seriously sessionable ale! With a light body and subtle roasty notes of coffee and chocolate, Mack Daddy is easy drinking with a nice hoppy finish.

  • Ol' Smokey is back for lucky vintage number 13! Our beloved peated stout is as smokey as ever, this year having spent a whole 'lotta time ageing in Brix Distillers Aussie Spiced Rum barrels.

  • Fortune favours the saved (fruit) in this IPA! Loaded with perfectly imperfect strawberries, nectarines, watermelons, apricots and cherries that were destined for destruction, this Fruit Salad IPA proves that there's good taste in fruit waste!

  • Timothy Tamothy Slamothy is back-othy and this time it's double trouble! Our beloved chocolate biscuit milk stout is bigger and better than ever, now a Double Chocolate Biscuit Milk Stout!

  • We've taken one of our most beloved Magnificent Mullet's out of retirement, Pat Pash is back and bursting with big hits of pulpy, passion fruit and is tasting absolutely ace! The flavour is short and tart upfront, but long and passion fruit-y at the back.

  • Splice of Heaven is back, this time bursting with raspberries! Loaded with lush raspberries for fruity icy-pole flavours and vanilla for that freshly scooped ice-creamy goodness, it's most certainly a Splice of Heaven!⁠

  • Based off Cannoleria’s sacred cannoli recipe and brewed with 1,500kg of whey from That’s Amore Cheese, this beer has a biscuit-y malt-y base, a creamy ricotta-like mouthfeel and a mildlytart, moreish finish!

  • This Strong Golden Ale, agedin oaky Cognac barrels, was cellared on Nero d'Avola grapes. Nutty, red fruit aroma leads into stone fruit flavours, balanced by tannins and funk. Twice fermented, now with a blush hue, subtly wild and super complex, this beer has been on a well weathered journey.

  • Never fear, zZAP is here! An Ale like no other beer! With that zippy citrus-y orange twang, It's got that zingy, sherbet-y tingly tang!

  • We call this the Dip-Hop-Opotamus, and the flavours are bottomless. The flavour & fragrance of this beer is all thanks to a super new hop from the Bract Brewing Programme of New Zealand. A hop so new it doesn't really have a name yet. It's called NZ101.

  • The twelfth incarnation of our beloved peated stout is smooth, oaky and absolutely shmokin'!

  • This Imperial Cocktail Cream Sour Ale is seriously stacked folks! Luscious strawberry, zesty lime and juicy peach are stacked on velvety, creamy vanilla with a sherbert-y finish.

  • Featuring a brand new hop from the NZHops Bract Brewing Programme, NZ102, this Amber Ale has a delicious fruit salad and sweet bread crust malt aroma with a tropical taste!
